Brimar Ltd is committed to achieving high levels of quality and reliability of all its products and internal and external services that it provides.
The board of directors are personally committed to, and actively support a total integrated quality management system. To achieve this objective all directors and senior managers are responsible for the definition, preparation and implementation of procedures and work instructions within their defined functional activities.
This responsibility is, in turn, vested in the individual group supervisors of the departments to ensure the effective execution of the defined activities. The quality management system is constantly audited, reviewed and evaluated, and where appropriate it is formally modified to correct deficiencies, to reflect changes in working practices, procedures and technology, and to identify and implement areas of improvement on a continuing basis.
